This chapter includes information on Grand Canyon National Park phone numbers that River Runners will find helpful.

If you are on the river and have an emergency AND a satellite phone, the Emergency NPS Dispatch number is (928) 638-7911. Cell phones do not work on the river. The South Rim Park Dispatch number is (928) 638-7805, Lee’s Ferry Ranger is (928) 355-2232, and the Meadview Ranger Station is (928) 564-2918.
